What's in most Las Vegas homes
Furnace efficiency (AFUE) tells you how much of your gas becomes heat. SEER tells you how efficiently your AC uses electricity. Here's how the systems we install and service line up.

That's your secondary drain line. It only drips when the primary drain is clogged, often from a dirty filter or a restricted evaporator coil. Left alone, the next overflow can come through your ceiling. Call us and we'll clear the primary line before it turns into water damage.
We find the leak. We don't just top it off.
A system that's low on refrigerant has a leak. Adding more without fixing it means paying again next summer while refrigerant escapes into the air. We recover the charge, pressure-test with nitrogen to find the leak (usually at the copper line joints), repair it, then recharge to spec. It's the right way to do it, and how a licensed contractor should work.
